• آن لائن درخواست فارم جمع کرنے کا طریقہ

(1)CTET کی آفیشل ویب سائٹ پر لاگ ان کریں۔

2) "آن لائن درخواست دیں" کے لنک پر جائیں اور اسے کھولیں۔

3) آن لائن درخواست فارم پُر کریں اور رجسٹریشن نمبر/درخواست نمبر نوٹ کریں۔

4) تازہ ترین تصویر اور دستخط کی سکین شدہ تصاویر اپ لوڈ کریں۔

5) ای-چالان یا ڈیبٹ/کریڈٹ کارڈ اور نیٹ بینکنگ کے ذریعے امتحانی فیس ادا کریں۔

6) ریکارڈ اور مستقبل کے حوالے کے لیے تصدیقی صفحہ پرنٹ کریں۔

· Method of Submission of Online Application Form:

STEP 1 : Log on to CTET official website https://ctet.nic.in.

STEP 2 : Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.

STEP 3 : Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.

STEP 4 : Upload Scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature

STEP 5 : Pay Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card and net banking

STEP 6 : Print Confirmation page for record and future reference.

· رجسٹریشن کا طریقہ کار:

· توثیقی فارم: تفصیلات بھریں جیسے ریاست ، شناخت کی قسم (کسی بھی شناخت کو بطور منتخب کریں۔قابل اطلاق) ، امیدوار کا نام ، تاریخ پیدائش اور جنس۔

· آن لائن درخواست فارم پُر کریں: مکمل آن لائن درخواست فارم پُر کریں اور پاس ورڈ منتخب کریں۔

جمع کرانے کے بعد ، ایک رجسٹریشن نمبر/ایپلیکیشن نمبر تیار ہوتا ہے۔ نوٹ کریں رجسٹریشن نمبر / درخواست نمبر-بعد میں لاگ ان کے لیے ، نظام نے رجسٹریشن نمبر بنایا۔

· Registration Procedure:

(a) Authentication Form: Fill details like State, Identification type (select any Identity as

Applicable), Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth and Gender.

(b) Fill Online Application Form: Fill complete online Application Form and choose password. After submission, a Registration Number/Application Number gets generated. Note down the Registration No./Application No. For subsequent login, system generated Registration No. /Application No. and chosen Password will be used..

· پاس ورڈ پالیسی مندرجہ ذیل ہوگی:

1. پاس ورڈ 8 سے 13 حروف کا ہونا چاہیے۔

2. پاس ورڈ میں کم از کم ایک اپر کیس ، ایک لوئر کیس حروف تہجی اور ایک عددی قدر اور کم از کم ایک خاص حرف ہونا چاہیے!@#$٪^&*-

3. امیدوار چاہے تو لاگ ان کے بعد پاس ورڈ تبدیل کر سکتا ہے۔ نیا پاس ورڈ پچھلے تین پاس ورڈز میں سے ایک جیسا نہیں ہو سکتا۔

4. امیدوار کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ کسی کے ساتھ پاس ورڈ ظاہر یا شیئر نہ کرے۔ امیدوار کے پاس ورڈ کی خلاف ورزی یا غلط استعمال کے لیے نہ تو CTET اور نہ ہی NIC ذمہ دار ہوگا۔

5. امیدوار کو اپنے سیشن کے اختتام پر لاگ آؤٹ کرنا چاہیے تاکہ درخواست کے مندرجات کو غیر مجاز افراد چھیڑ نہ سکیں۔

• Password Policy will be as follows:

1. Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.

2. Password must have at least one Upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric value and at least one special characters!@#$%^&*-

3. Candidate can change the passwords after login, if desired. New Password cannot be identical to any of the previous three passwords.

· Candidate is advised not to disclose or share the password with anybody. Neither CTET nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.

· Candidate should log out at the end of their session so that the contents of the application cannot be tampered by unauthorized persons.

· اسکین شدہ تصاویر کی آن لائن اپ لوڈنگ:

· اسکین شدہ تصویر اور دستخط اپ لوڈ کرنا لازمی ہے۔

· JPG/JPEG فارمیٹ میں اسکین شدہ تصویر اور دستخط اپ لوڈ کریں۔

· اسکین شدہ تصویر کا سائز 10 سے 100 KB کے درمیان ہونا چاہیے۔

· تصویر کا سائز 3.5 سینٹی میٹر (چوڑائی) x 4.5 سینٹی میٹر (اونچائی) ہونا چاہیے۔

· اسکین شدہ دستخط کا سائز 3 سے 30 KB کے درمیان ہونا چاہیے۔

· دستخط کی تصویر کا طول 3.5 سینٹی میٹر (لمبائی) x 1.5 سینٹی میٹر (اونچائی) ہونا چاہیے۔

امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ آن لائن درخواست دینے سے پہلے امیدواروں کی تازہ ترین تصویر اور دستخطوں کی سکین شدہ تصاویر اپنے سائز اور سائز کے مطابق رکھیں۔مرکز میں ہونے والی تکلیف سے بچنے کے لیے تازہ ترین تصویر کی سکین تصویر اپ لوڈ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ، کیونکہ یہ تصویر امتحان میں آنے والے اصل امیدوار کے ساتھ مماثل ہوگی۔

· Online Uploading of Scanned Images:

· Uploading of scanned Photo and Signature are mandatory.

· Upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format.

· Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 to 100 KB

· Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).

· Size of scanned signature should be between 3 to 30 KB.

· Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (height).

The candidates are advised to keep the scanned images of latest photograph and signature of the candidates ready in JPG format and as per the size and dimension specified, before applying online. The scanned image of latest photograph is required to upload to avoid the inconvenience at centre, as this photograph will be matched with the actual candidate appearing in the examination.

· ادائیگی کا طریقہ:

· E-Challan کے ذریعے ترسیلات کینٹرا بینک کے ساتھ CTET امتحان فیس اکاؤنٹ میں مقررہ فیس جمع کروا کر۔کینرا بینک ای چالان کے ذریعے ادائیگی۔

· آن لائن موڈ کے ذریعے (ڈیبٹ کارڈ / کریڈٹ کارڈ / نیٹ بینکنگ کے ذریعے ادائیگی)۔

· Mode of Payment:

· Remittance through E-Challan by depositing the prescribed fee in CTET Exam Fee Account with Canara Bank.

- Payment by Canara Bank e-Challan

· By Online-mode (Payment by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).

· تصدیق صفحہ ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنا

· امیدواروں کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ تصدیق کے صفحے کا پرنٹ آؤٹ ریکارڈ کے لیے لیں اور اسے اپنے حوالہ کے لیے رکھیں۔ تصدیق کا صفحہ CTET یونٹ کو بھیجنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔

· Downloading of Confirmation Page:

Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation Page for record and keep it for their reference. The Confirmation Page is not required to be sent to CTET Unit.

· درخواست دینے سے پہلے امیدوار کو اپنی اہلیت کو پورا کرنا چاہیے اور اگر وہ دی گئی اہلیت کے معیار کے مطابق درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہے تو وہ ذاتی طور پر ذمہ دار ہوگا۔

· The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.

· امیدوار کو اپنی تفصیلات درج کرنی چاہئیں جیسے کہ نام ، والد کا نام ، ماں کا نام اور تاریخ پیدائش دسویں جماعت کے سرٹیفکیٹ کے مطابق۔ براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ آن لائن تصحیح کی مقررہ تاریخ ختم ہونے کے بعد کسی بھی صورت میں خاص طور پر کسی تبدیلی کی درخواست قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔

· Candidate should enter his/her particulars i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth as per Class Xth Certificate. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is over.

· امیدوار CTET ویب سائٹ https://ctet.nic.in کے ذریعے آن لائن درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ امیدوار آن لائن فارم بھرتے وقت تمام تفصیلات فراہم کرے اور اپنی تازہ ترین تصویر اور دستخط کی سکین شدہ تصاویر اپ لوڈ کرے۔ اعداد و شمار اور مطلوبہ فیس کے کامیاب جمع کرانے کے بعد امیدواروں کو تصدیق کے صفحے کا پرنٹ آؤٹ لینا ہوگا۔

· ‘ON-LINE’ SUBMISSION - https://ctet.nic.in

Candidates can apply ‘ON-LINE’ through CTET website https://ctet.nic.in. The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form and upload their scanned images of latest photograph & signature. After successful submission of data and requisite fee Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation Page.

· تصحیح/تفصیلات میں تفصیلات:

· ایک بار امتحانی فیس جمع ہونے کے بعد امیدوار کی تفصیلات کو تبدیل / ترمیم نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ اس کے بعد تفصیلات میں اصلاحات آن لائن سے کی جاسکتی ہیں۔ 22-10-2021 سے 28-10-2021 تک اور کسی بھی حالت میں تفصیلات میں تبدیلی کی مزید درخواست قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔

· Correction/Updation in Details:

The candidate’s particulars cannot be changed / edited once the examination fee has been submitted. Thereafter corrections in the particulars can be made online w.e.f. 22 -10-2021 to 28-10-2021 only and no further request for change in particulars will be entertained under any circumstances.

آف لائن موڈ یعنی فیکس/ایپلیکیشن یا ای میل وغیرہ کے ذریعے کوئی تبدیلی قبول نہیں کی جائے گی اس سلسلے میں کوئی خط و کتابت نہیں کی جائے گی۔ براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ آن لائن تصحیح کی مقررہ تاریخ ختم ہونے کے بعد کسی بھی صورت میں خاص طور پر کسی تبدیلی کی درخواست قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔

No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is over.
